Benefit From Our Years of Experience

Imagine you or a loved are in an unfortunate accident and rushed to the hospital. The doctor arrives with all the tools needed, but his qualification hanging on the wall reads “Trained in 2 weeks!” Then he announces, “My instructor with 6 months experience taught me everything I know.”

This isn’t acceptable in any professional career, yet it is becoming semi-normal in aviation. Why? Most flight schools focus is passing a check ride, not building safe, proficient, and professional pilots.

Let’s face it – When you are alone up there or flying family or passengers you must be competent.

At Harborside Aviation, we’re different. Your safety and competency, driven by our experience and expertise.

FAQ's

Harborside Aviation offers training built on airline-level experience and academic pedigree. Our instructors have backgrounds from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Western Michigan University, and major U.S. airlines, ensuring you receive professional-grade instruction

Training is conducted in both the classroom and the aircraft. While most of the learning occurs on the ground, the airplane is used for execution, practice, and aircraft mastery.

By focusing on theoretical and procedural training in the classroom first, students spend fewer hours in the aircraft — the most expensive component of training. This approach accelerates progress while keeping costs manageable.
